Our services are designed to support individuals with non-emergency mental health and wellness concerns.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1008\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1032\">2. <strong data-start=\"1017\" data-end=\"1032\">Eligibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1033\" data-end=\"1165\">You must be <strong data-start=\"1045\" data-end=\"1066\">16 years or older<\/strong> to use our services. If you are under 16, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1215\">By using our site or services, you confirm that:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1216\" data-end=\"1447\">\n<li data-start=\"1216\" data-end=\"1317\">\n<p data-start=\"1218\" data-end=\"1317\">You reside in Canada or are legally permitted to receive therapy from a Canadian-licensed provider;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1318\" data-end=\"1380\">\n<p data-start=\"1320\" data-end=\"1380\">You are not experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1447\">\n<p data-start=\"1383\" data-end=\"1447\">You have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1452\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1454\" data-end=\"1485\">3. <strong data-start=\"1461\" data-end=\"1485\">Not a Crisis Service<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1486\" data-end=\"1713\">The Haven Hub is <strong data-start=\"1503\" data-end=\"1510\">not<\/strong> a crisis intervention or emergency service. If you are in crisis, please call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or contact a local crisis line such as <strong data-start=\"1667\" data-end=\"1690\">Talk Suicide Canada<\/strong> at <strong data-start=\"1694\" data-end=\"1712\">1-833-456-4566<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1715\" data-end=\"1718\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1720\" data-end=\"1758\">4. <strong data-start=\"1727\" data-end=\"1758\">Privacy and Confidentiality<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1759\" data-end=\"2033\">Your use of our Services is also governed by our <strong data-start=\"1808\" data-end=\"1867\"><a class=\"cursor-pointer\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1810\" data-end=\"1865\">Privacy Policy<\/a><\/strong>. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with British Columbia&#8217;s <em data-start=\"1951\" data-end=\"1995\">Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA)<\/em> and applicable Canadian privacy laws.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2035\" data-end=\"2038\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2040\" data-end=\"2072\">5. <strong data-start=\"2047\" data-end=\"2072\">User Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2073\" data-end=\"2086\">You agree to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2087\" data-end=\"2383\">\n<li data-start=\"2087\" data-end=\"2173\">\n<p data-start=\"2089\" data-end=\"2173\">Provide accurate, complete, and current information during intake and communication;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2174\" data-end=\"2230\">\n<p data-start=\"2176\" data-end=\"2230\">Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2231\" data-end=\"2284\">\n<p data-start=\"2233\" data-end=\"2284\">Use our Services in a lawful and respectful manner;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2285\" data-end=\"2383\">\n<p data-start=\"2287\" data-end=\"2383\">Refrain from recording, duplicating, or redistributing therapy sessions without written consent.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2385\" data-end=\"2388\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2390\" data-end=\"2430\">6. <strong data-start=\"2397\" data-end=\"2430\">Therapist-Client Relationship<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2431\" data-end=\"2631\">Use of this site does not automatically create a therapist-client relationship. This relationship begins only after intake, mutual agreement, and confirmation of appointment with a licensed therapist.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2633\" data-end=\"2767\">We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if it is determined that our platform is not an appropriate fit for your needs.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2769\" data-end=\"2772\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2774\" data-end=\"2802\">7. <strong data-start=\"2781\" data-end=\"2802\">Fees and Payments<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2803\" data-end=\"2997\">All services are provided on a fee-for-service basis. Fees will be disclosed during the booking process and are subject to change. Payments are processed securely through third-party processors.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2999\" data-end=\"3135\">Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee, as outlined in our cancellation policy.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3137\" data-end=\"3140\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"3142\" data-end=\"3174\">8. <strong data-start=\"3149\" data-end=\"3174\">Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3175\" data-end=\"3439\">All content on our website\u2014including logos, text, graphics, videos, and layout\u2014is the property of The Haven Hub and protected by Canadian copyright and trademark laws.
